Feb 2012, "After many years of solid fuel we wanted to switch to gas central heating but had little knowledge of what this would involve. Preferring to use a local firm we contacted Mark who explained our options clearly and patiently and his quote was very favourable. Mark and his team laid the new gas supply from the meter through the house and installed a new boiler, cylinder, radiators and gas fire. His whole approach was professional and knowledgeable, and throughout the job he reminded us that should we have any questions or problems he was not far away. The removal of our old fireplace proved a challenge, but we were extremely pleased with our new fire and surround which was again fitted expertly by Mark.

Nov 2010, Hutchison heating are the best company i have ever used. They are the only company to do a thorough job and find the root of a problem i have had for 5 years. British Gas had been called out on several occasions but did not come nowhere near Hutchison heating. The team were very efficient and completed the work to a very high standard and were extremely reasonable. I have had not one fault since they have repaired my system and would highly recommend them in the future. Outstanding!.

Nov 2010, Mark was very professional from start to finish. I had many questions at quote stage which were dealt with in detail, comprehensively and promptly by email. This, together with competitive quote, made Hutchison my first choice. New boiler, power flush and 4 new rads installed in the house, all done in 2 days. Mark and his colleague worked long days but still tidied up afterwards and fixed an issue caused by another contractor. I have had a few follow up queries and Mark has been great at answering them. I am very impressed with the service and would recommend Hutchison heating without reservation.

June 2010, Our boiler decided to pack up recently but as we had 27 years of use from it we could not really complain, as usual whenever we have to replace something I try and get as much knowledge as I can so at least I may have some understanding of what will be told to me when an engineer comes to quote us, what I did learn is that prior to fitting a new boiler the system has to be power flushed, if not the boiler warranty will be invalidated, the first engineer that we had, said that we did not need it, when I explained that we had one radiator that only gets warm at the top, his response was it needs a new radiator, the second company recommended a Power flush, but only as an optional extra. Searching the internet I came across Hutchison heating, and as he was local I thought we would them a try, although I was starting to get confused with all the different quotes and advice. Mark came within an hour, and certainly seemed competent and explained all that needed doing, and a Power Flush as standard practice. We decided to go with Hutchison Heating, and the boiler has now been fitted, the work was exceptionally neat, and all of the radiators (Including the one that was cold at the bottom) have never been so hot, even hotter than when originally installed.

May 2010, I would have no hesitation in recommending Hutchison Heating & Plumbing. I had a problem with the toilet not flushing and a water pump constantly on. Mark attended promptly as arranged on a Saturday morning which was a convenient time for me. He quickly assessed the problems, ordered the parts, and returned again to satisfactorily complete the job. I was kept updated at all times via phone and email. All in all a very efficient, courteous and professional service.

May 2010, We called the 24 hour emergency call out number of Hutchison Heating on a Saturday night and within the hour Mark Hutchison arrived and commenced with repairs to our boiler. Water was leaking into our daughters bedroom from our loft boiler, but within a few minutes, Mark had ascertained the problem and commenced with the repairs. Our boiler actually required further works and parts and these works were all carried out with minimal disruption and mess and completed early the following week. We were delighted with the service we received and Mark and his Co worker were courteous, efficient and happy to explain all the works they had carried out and answer any questions. I would not hesitate in recommending Hutchison Heating, we were very impressed with the service we received.

April 2010, - Thank you for the installation of the old back boiler to the new combination boiler. The heating system is running brilliantly and very quiet now, heats up fast. I would like to mention that the quality of service was at a professional level through out. The length of the work scheduled was efficient and it was working by the end of the first working day so I was able to have heating and hot water. Hutchison Heating provided good customer service, high quality workmanship and good communication by e-mail. I was even sent photographs of the works partially and fully completed. My tenants were also happy with the working practices of the company. The project was completed very quickly (2 days) and with minimal disruption and mess.
