The above prices are inclusive of the following.
The installation of 1 x standard horizontal flue kit, 1 mechanical programmer room thermostat, 1 x magnetic lime fighter, thermostatic radiator valves, lock shield radiator valves, chemical cleaning of the newly installed central heating system, commissioning of the new appliance, Gas Safe Registration notification & gas safety certificate upon completion.
The above prices are subject to a site visit. The prices shown may vary if there is a need for alternative flueing arrangements, alternative connection of the boilers condensate to waste or if there is the need to upgrade the Gas supply to the boiler.
