The above prices are all based upon a HIGH EFFICIENCY CONDENSING combination boiler being exchanged for a conventional system boiler. And all that is listed below in sections A + B.
( A )The above prices will include all of the alterations to the pipe work that are required to complete the works required.
( B ) The installation of 1 x standard horizontal flue kit, 1 x mechanical programmer & room thermostat, cleaning of the existing central heating system as per the manufacturers instructions, commissioning of the new appliance, Gas Safe Registration notification & gas safety certificate upon completion of works.
If thermostatic radiator valves and lockshield valves are requested to be fitted to the existing radiators, these can be supplied and installed at an additional charge of £35.00 per radiator.
The above prices are subject to a site visit. The prices shown may vary if there is a need for alternative flueing arrangements, alternative connection of the boilers connection to waste or if there is the need to upgrade the Gas supply to the boiler.
